• Order Intake / Chain-of-Custody Information: Information you provide about the memorial source material (e.g., reference name for tracking). We request only what is necessary for fulfillment, tracking, and certification.
• Consultation & Correspondence: Information you share during consultations or support conversations (email, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, phone).
• Sensitive Media & Consultation Data: Photographs, videos, and personal stories of your loved one shared with us for design reference. If we conduct video consultations, we may retain notes or screen-sharing views solely for order fulfillment. We will never use these personal media assets for public marketing without your explicit, separate written consent.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies/analytics data used to improve the website experience and security.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and consent that both your necessary personal data (such as reference names or order numbers) and the physical memorial materials you provide will be securely transferred to and processed by our laboratory partners in India. We enforce strict contractual safeguards and chain-of-custody protocols with our third-party facilities to ensure your data and materials are handled with the highest level of security and respect. Data protection laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in your location.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

• To service providers who help us run the business (payment processors, shipping carriers, IT/security, analytics), subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
• To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• To protect our rights, customers, and the security of our services (e.g., fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks).

5. Data Retention

We do not hold your data indefinitely. We retain your information only as long as necessary:

• Sensitive Media (Photos/Stories): Retained during the production process and securely archived for 2 years after fulfillment in case of warranty claims or secondary orders, after which it is deleted.
